労災保険と障害年金の併給調整

うつ病の場合、その原因が職場環境にあるということはよくあります。
そして、仕事が原因でうつ病となったときは労災保険から給付を受けられる
ことがあります。
しかし、労災保険による給付と障害年金の両方が受けられる場合、
どちらが支給されるのでしょいうか？
答えは、両方です。
正確には労災保険の給付は若干減額され、障害年金は全額支給されます。
減額対象となる労災保険の給付は、
休業（補償）給付・傷病（補償）年金・障害（補償）年金の３つです。
