障害等級の認定法法について

障害等級の認定法法は、障害の状況に応じて次の３つに分けることができます。
（１）単独障害の場合
疾病単位ではなく障害単位で障害認定基準にあてはめて等級を決定します。
通常はこの方法で、障害等級を決定します。
（２）重複障害の場合
単一の傷病により、身体の機能もしくは病状または精神の障害が重複する場合で、例えば脳出血により肢体障害と精神障害が重複するようなケースが当てはまります。
このような場合は、それぞれの障害の程度を合計してより重い等級に決定されます。
（３）複数障害の場合
複数の障害がある場合の認定方法となりますが、状況によって下記の認定方法が柔軟に適用されます。
●併合認定
⇒二つの障害を併せて重度の等級とする方法
●総合認定
⇒障害を総合的に判断して等級を決定する方法
⇒内科的疾患による障害が複数ある場合は、併合認定ではなく総合認定が適用される
●差引認定
⇒国民年金や厚生年金の被保険者になる前から障害があった場合には、その障害と被保険者となってから発生した障害は併合されず、後者の障害だけで等級を決定する。
⇒「はじめて2級による障害年金」の場合は差引認定は適用されない
