障害年金の配偶者・子の加算についての補足

障害基礎年金の1級と2級には子の加算、
障害厚生年金の1級と2級には配偶者加算が付きます。
子の加算と配偶者加算は、障害年金の受給権発生時に子や配偶者を扶養して
いたかどうかで受給が決まっていました。
つまり、障害年金を受給した後に結婚したり子が産まれたりしても、
加算はなかったのです。
それでは年金制度の趣旨に反するとして、
平成23年4月以降は受給権発生後に生計維持する子や配偶者ができても
年金が加算されることになりました。
ただし、結婚したり子が産まれたりすると国が勝手に年金額を増やしてくれる
というわけではありません。
自分で手続きしなければなりませんので、忘れないようにしてください。
