障害厚生年金の申請方法②：事後重症による障害厚生年金

事後重症による障害厚生年金の概要は障害基礎年金の事後重症による障害基礎年金と同様で、障害認定日には障害状態が基準を満たしていなかったが、その後に重症化して障害の程度が基準以上になったときに請求することができる障害年金手続きをいいます。
請求をする日以前３ヶ月以内の診断書を添えて申請します。
この申請が認められれば、請求をした日の属する月から受給権が発生し、その翌月分から年金が支給されます。
【支給要件】
１．障害認定日に障害等級１級〜３級の状態になかったこと
２．65歳の前日に達する日の前日までの間に障害が悪化し、障害等級１級〜３級に該当したこと
※第２章の初診日要件・保険料納付要件についても、満たしている必要があります。
【支給月について】
事後重症による障害厚生年金は、65歳の達する日の前日までに請求すれば、その請求月の翌月から支給されます。
※事後重症の場合、請求月の翌月からしか年金は支給されず、　一般の障害年金のように障害認定日まで遡って請求することができませんので、ご注意ください。
