障害年金申請の準備：障害に至った経緯と障害の状態をまとめてみよう（その１）

障害年金受給の３要件（初診日要件、保険料納付要件、障害等級要件）を満たしているか確認する上でも、障害年金申請の準備として、あなたのうつ病という障害に至った経緯と障害の状態をまとめてみましょう。
最初に、障害の原因となった「傷病名」について確認します。
病名については、うつ病をはじめとした精神疾患については本人に知らされていないことがあります。
まずは、主治医に本人から確認をとるようにしてください。
また、主治医が変わると傷病名が変わることもあります。その場合は、請求しようとしている障害の原因傷病と同じなのかを医師に確認することになります。
傷病名で注意すべきことは、「神経症系の疾病」または「人格障害」にかかる病名でないことを確認することです。
神経症系の疾病の場合、統合失調症や双極性感情障害と同じ精神病態が発祥していることを確認し、そのことを診断書にも明記することが必要です。
神経症系の疾病では、精神病態の症状がなければ障害年金の給付は認められないと考えてください。
人格障害の病名の場合は、他の病名となる可能性がないか探してください。
それが無理であれば、現行制度においては人格障害は障害年金の対象とはならないため、請求は断念せざるをえません。
