ブドウがうつ病改善に効果的！？

つくばの自宅より、、
ブドウ由来のポリフェノールがうつ病になりうると、
米マウントサイナイ医科大学の研究グループが発表しました。
今回の研究では、
ブドウのポリフェノールからBDPPというポリフェノール製剤を作りました。
そのBDPPをあらかじめ2週間食べさせたマウスと
そうでないマウスを用意し、
それぞれのマウスに強いストレスを10日間与え続けました。
すると、
BDPPを与えないグループでは６０％のマウスの社交性が低下したのに対し、
BDPPを与えたグループでは社交性が低下したマウスは30％未満だったのです。
研究者は、
「ドウ由来のポリフェノールは、うつ病の効果的な治療法の確立につながるだろう」
とコメントしています。
色んな食材がうつ病改善に効果があると言われていますが、
ブドウに含まれるポリフェノールも効果があるみたいですね。
普段ブドウは食べないのですが、
これを機にブドウを食べる習慣を心がけても良いかもしれませんね。

 
ちょっとオシャレを意識して、
ブドウではなくワインを飲むことでブドウ由来のポリフェノールをとる
というのもアリかもしれませんね。

 
チョコレートに含まれているポリフェノールでも効果があるのであれば
なお良いのですが・・・。
ダメですかね？
