うつ病をはじめとした精神の障害は多種多様で、その病状も原因が同じであったとしても多様です。
そのため、精神の障害については、具体的な日常生活状況を重視した上で年金事務所は障害認定を行われます。
精神の障害用の障害年金診断書において、裏面の半分以上を「日常生活状況」が占めていることも、日常生活の状況がとても重要なことであると示しています。
しかし、このことについて診断書を作成する医師が十分に認識していないケースが多く見られることが、うつ病による障害年金受給を困難にしている要因の一つかと思われます。医師は病院に来ているときのうつ病者の顔しか見ていないので、うつ病者の日常生活欄を具体的に記載できないのですから。。。
このような現状を打開するために、障害年金を専門にした社会保険労務士にアドバイスを求めることが非常に有効です。
できる社労士ならば、詳細なヒアリングを行なった後、医師が適切な診断書を書けるようサポートするための書類を用意してくれるでしょう。
