障害基礎年金の申請方法①：障害認定日による障害基礎年金

障害年金の基本的な請求方法で、障害認定日（原則として初診日から１年６ヶ月経過した日）において障害等級が１級または２級の
状態であるときに、障害認定日から３ヶ月以内の障害状態を記載した診断書を添えて障害年金を申請します。
この申請が認められれば、障害認定日の属する月に受給権が発生し、その翌月から年金が支給されます。
障害認定日による障害基礎年金の特徴は、請求する時期が遅れても、
障害認定日まで遡って支給されることです。
例えば、30歳のときに障害認定日のある人が40歳になってから申請をしたとしても、それが認められれば30歳時に遡って障害年金の受給権が発生します。
ただし、年金の時効は５年となっているため、実際の支給は35歳からの５年分が支給されることになります。
《補足》
診断書は、通常は障害認定日から３ヶ月以内のものが必要となりますが、障害認定日から１年以上経過して申請する場合は取扱いが変わってきます。
具体的には、障害認定日から３ヶ月以内の診断書に加えて、現在の障害状態を証明する診断書の２枚が必要になります。
【支給要件】
１．初診日に国民年金の被保険者であること。または初診日に被保険者であった者で、日本国内に住所があり、60歳以上65歳未満であること
２．障害認定日において、障害等級１級または2級の状態にあること
３．保険料納付要件を満たしていること
