【認知行動療法】自分の気分を数値化する

認知（考え方）を変えて気持ちを楽にするには、
どんな状況になるとつらい気持ちになるのか、
それはどの位強い感情なのかを数値化して客観的に知ることが重要です。
例えば、
「最近なんだか調子悪いなぁ」
と感じるとき、その不調の背景には様々な感情があります。
まずは自分がつらいと感じたときの感情を言葉で表してみましょう。
【つらい感情の一例】
●不安　●悲しい　●憂うつ
●怒り　●イライラ　●困惑
●恥　●怯え　●罪悪感
●パニック　●神経質　●心配
●屈辱　●不満　●失望
●怖い　●うんざり　●傷ついた
まずは自分が感じている感情が何かというのをはっきりさせましょう。
また、感情には多くの種類があるように、
人間が一度に感じる感情も複数あります。
必ずしも一つの感情を選ぶのではなく、
そのとき自分がもっている感情すべてを明確にしましょう。
感情を言葉で表せるようになったら、
今度はその感情の強さを数字にしてみましょう。
100％を最大値として、
その時の感情を0％〜100％で評価してみましょう。
このように、自分の抱いている感情を明確にして、
それを数値化することで自分を客観的に見ることができます。
自分を客観的に見れるようになることで、
自分のゆがんだ認知に気づきやすくなり
つらい気持ちから解放される手法である認知行動療法も
効果的になるのです。
