障害者への所得保障制度

障害者に対する支援は障害年金以外にも多数あります。
その中でもうつ病者をはじめとした障害者への所得保障に関する制度をご紹介します。
今回は、どのようなものがあるかだけ紹介しますので、
詳細はまた別の機会に説明します。
【公的年金】
障害基礎年金、障害厚生年金、障害共済年金、障害手当金、老齢年金の障害者特例
【特定障害者に対する特別障害給付金の支給に関する法律】
特別障害給付金
⇒任意加入期間中に初診日がある無年金障害者が対象
【健康保険】
傷病手当金
⇒私傷病で仕事を休み、給与が支給されないような場合などに、
療養中の生活を保障するために給与の約2/3が支給される。
【雇用保険】
傷病手当
⇒失業している間にケガや病気で求職活動ができなくなったときに支給される
【労災保険】
傷病補償年金・障害補償年金など
⇒業務上の事由によりケガや病気になった場合に支給される
【生活保護】
生活保護による生活扶助、医療扶助等
【各種手当】
20歳未満の障害児を対象とした特別児童扶養手当、
障害児福祉手当や20歳以上の障害者を対象とした特別障害者手当など
⇒自治体で障害者手当などを設けているところもあるので、
自分の住んでいる市区町村に電話してみるのも良いかも。
